Booking terms

Every holiday proposal is subject to availability and a written quotation. Confirm the exact inclusions, exclusions, hotel category, travel dates, payment schedule, visa requirements and cancellation policy before paying.

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Prices and arrangements are confirmed by our team in writing.

This is starter policy text. Vacation Visits should publish its final booking and cancellation terms before taking customer payments.
